Ordering Plans - Getting it right
Select your Dream Home, with or without alterations and place a pre-order without need for payment.
A member of our technical team will contact you to discuss your order in more detail and make suggestions where necessary. Previous experience proves customers need and appreciate this advice and want to be more confident about their purchase prior to committing to payment.
These discussions may encompass a multitude of factors e.g:
- Site orientation – can the design be altered to suit your specific site
- Best method of achieving layout alteration / additions / omissions
- Discussions on materials, finishes
- Improving energy ratings
- Completion of planning pack submission

The Book
Plan-a-Home “Book of Premier Homes” is our 6th publication and is now available in book shops or here On-Line.
The book compliments the web site and has lots of building information regarding Insulation, Green homes and Building Energy Ratings (BER) etc. This book has been preceded recently with the popular:

Plan-a-Home is a personal service to private individuals, planning agents or contractors.
Plan-a-Home provides a quality service at extremely competitive rates. We acknowledge that many individuals may wish to employ a local Architect / Agent to advise and submit their planning application. In such cases we can take instruction from either client or agent, thereby ensuring they remain competitive and allowing their client to avail of Plan-a-Home designs without being in breach of copyright.

Understanding all aspects of the design and ensuring your chosen design is within your budget parameters are the two major concerns to be addressed when choosing your Dream Home.

Order Packages
Our Gold, Silver, Bronze packages allow you to choose the service specific to your needs. All packages are High Quality at exceptionally Low Rates.
Check out what is included by clicking on each package. Unless grant of planning is virtually guaranteed it is best to stay with the Bronze package initially. Upgrade package from bronze to Silver or Gold later will cost the differences in the package + 10%
